4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site is owned by Startedby LLC unless otherwise noted. Custom software built for clients under paid engagements is owned by the client upon full payment.

5. Limitation of Liability

Startedby's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 90 days. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
