Varsidee is infrastructure for AI-native labor markets.
Hiring was designed for a world where human evaluation bandwidth was scarce. Applications, résumé filters, recruiter gates, and multi-round interviews were all workarounds for that limitation.
AI changes the economics of evaluation completely.
Varsidee rebuilds hiring from first principles for AI-native labor markets. We believe context is the new résumé. Instead of treating people like static documents, Varsidee creates persistent, reusable candidate context that compounds over time — more like sports scouting than transactional applications.
We believe labor markets will shift from résumé filtering toward continuous evaluation, asynchronous interviews, and context-native matching.
