About the project
HotelIQ is a hotel data management platform that helps hospitality professionals organize, enrich, and deduplicate property data from multiple sources. It connects to Google Places to verify hotel information and merges records into a single clean database — eliminating duplicates and giving teams one reliable source of truth.
Hotel data is messy. Teams working across acquisitions, management, and development constantly deal with overlapping spreadsheets from different sources — each with inconsistent formatting, duplicate entries, and missing details.
HotelIQ turns scattered hotel spreadsheets into a structured, enriched, and deduplicated database with one-click Google Places enrichment, automatic deduplication, dynamic table views, and management company tracking.
